This position will be responsible for creating and managing complete house budgets, quantity take-offs, accurate job documentation, and sales pricing. Duties also include determining costs and estimates for custom changes, database development, and sales support.
- Thoroughly review and understand home plans, specifications, scopes of work, building codes, site/grading plans, and ACC requirements.
- Perform take-offs of all facets of home construction along with pricing of standard and custom requests.
- Provide database development and ongoing sales support.
- Strong industry knowledge of residential construction.
- Ability to work in a fun team environment with sales staff, construction staff, and outside trade partners.
Salary Range: $92,000 - $105,000
