What You’ll Do
- Assess lifeguard rescue skills
- Evaluate emergency preparedness procedures
- Review pool safety rules and recommend updates
- Support staff orientation and aquatic safety training
- Observe lifeguards throughout the summer season
- Provide feedback on safety performance
- Ensure compliance with American Camp Association standards
- Serve as a safety resource for aquatic staff
- Current lifeguard certification
- CPR/AED certification
- First Aid certification
- Previous aquatic leadership experience
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in camp or recreational settings preferred
