Achieve Physical Therapy is expanding our team in Hudson, MA!
This clinic is a state-of-the-art, “shared” space with a renowned group of orthopedic surgeons! We’re looking to add a full-time Physical Therapist who is committed to clinical excellence and has a strong desire to grow their leadership skills with us. Our expertise is in outpatient physical therapy, with an emphasis in orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, and pain diagnoses.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver personalized, evidence-based outpatient therapy in a 40-minute, one-on-one setting.
- Manage a consistent caseload of a minimum of 51 patients per week with autonomy and integrity.
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and design goal-driven treatment plans tailored to each patient.
- Build genuine, lasting therapeutic relationships that empower patients and improve outcomes.
- Thrive in a collaborative, PT-led environment where your clinical judgment is respected.
- Communicate proactively and professionally with patients, referring providers, and teammates.
What Sets You Apart
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts (or ability to obtain).
- Graduate of an accredited PT program (DPT preferred).
- Passion for patient care, clinical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a team-centered environment.
- Interest or experience in orthopedics, sports rehab, or pain management.
