- Maintain accurate records and reports of program implementation and customer progress
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in behavior analysis
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in behavior analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
