Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full scale clinical and administrative recruiting based on our program needs. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Full cycle recruiting for clinical positions: source, screen, interview and negotiate rates and salaries.
  • Source and assess administrative candidates for specific posts, forward qualified applicants to hiring managers for interviews.
  • Extensive outreach to candidates via various online platforms such as Linkedin and Indeed
  • Build and maintain pipeline of applicants for future hire: college/university students, not yet licensed/certified applicants.
  • Extensive outreach to inactive providers, providers who dropped out of the onboarding process and former therapists.
  • Build and maintain an extensive applicant referral network via current and former therapists and employees.
  • Attend job fairs, conferences, industry-related functions and other outreach events.
  • Identify new and creative ways to source viable clients including directories, contact lists, database leads, internet resources, word of mouth, community contacts, school relationships, and personal networking.
  • Monitor candidates as they progress through each stage of the hiring process.
  • Ensure new hires submit all necessary onboarding paperwork and trainings in a timely fashion through regular communication and follow up.
  • Consistently update departmental spreadsheets with information of potential candidates and new hires and maintain strong relationships with each program.
  • Build strong networks in your assigned territories, and embrace full responsibility and accountability for the company's relationships with the therapist community, professional organizations, universities and influential industry contacts within that territory.
  • Provide coverage for the recruiting department as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager.

 

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: 

  • Previous recruitment experience a must; previous healthcare experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.

Qualifications and Other Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills & phone etiquette.
  • Excellent data entry and computer skills.
  • Must be available for occasional evening and weekend hours.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Patience, resilience and confidence.

Physical Requirements of the Role:

  • Must be able to travel to and from assigned work events including but not limited to driving personal vehicle, walking, and/or use of public transportation such as a bus or train.
  • Occasionally ascends/descends stairs going to, while at, or leaving work location or facilities traveled to for work events.
  • Occasionally moving and/or lifting objects at work weighing up to 20 pounds such as files or copy paper.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time up to 90% of the work day working on a computer/electronic device.
  • The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
  • The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

Pay rate $60,000 plus potential for bonus
