Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement behavioral treatment plans in collaboration with treatment teams and families
- Conduct behavior assessments and analyze data to inform treatment plans
- Provide training and support to therapists and other treatment staff
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure successful implementation of treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and treatment plans
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- 1 years of experience in ABA therapy, preferably in a clinic or home-based setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 ANNUALLY
