Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Job Summary

Achieve ABA Therapy Group is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO. As an RBT, you will work directly with children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities, providing individualized behavioral therapy sessions. Our company is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based services that empower individuals to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy sessions to clients with ASD and other developmental disabilities
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and modify treatment plans
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families
  
  
  

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism
• RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• $23 - $27 HOURLY compensation package
