What You’ll Do:
- Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Supervise RBTs and maintain high clinical standards
- Provide parent guidance and support
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
- Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure compliance with BACB and company standards
- Active BCBA certification (BACB)
- Minimum 2 years of BCBA experience
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Must reside in the State of Colorado
Salary : $70,400 - $83,200
