Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process and record financial transactions accurately in accounting software
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Prepare and organize financial documents, invoices, and expense reports
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and summaries for management
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies
Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- 1 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
