About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented ServiceNow Developer with 3-5 year of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will contribute to designing, developing and optimizing business process automation solutions and data driven solutions, leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies and modern containerization practices to build scalable and resilient applications.
Responsibilities
· Administer and support the ServiceNow platform, including user management, role assignments, and access controls.
· Provide Level 1.5/Level 2 support for incidents, service requests, and platform enhancements.
· Assist with configuration and maintenance of ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
· Troubleshoot issues related to forms, workflows, UI policies, client scripts, and catalog items.
· Create reports, dashboards, and maintain CMDB data accuracy.
· Support testing, deployments, documentation, and adherence to ITIL and change management processes.
· Collaborate with IT, business, and development teams in Agile/Scrum environments
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
· ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory.
· Experience in IT, SaaS, IT Support, or Enterprise Applications.
· Basic understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform administration.
· Familiarity with JavaScript, workflows, UI policies, and platform configuration.
· Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills with a willingness to learn
