Roles & Responsibilities:
Role Overview
- Experience: 12 years in IT with 6 years specifically focused on ServiceNow architecture,
- solution design, and implementation.
- Core Function: Lead end-to-end architecture, pre-sales solutioning, platform governance,
- and digital transformation initiatives.
- Work Models: Onsite, hybrid, or remote capabilities.
- Key Responsibilities
- Platform Strategy & Governance: Define platform roadmaps, establish architectural standards,
- and enforce governance frameworks to reduce technical debt and ensure long-term scalability.
- Solution Architecture & Design: Design complex, multi-workflow solutions across various modules
- (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and App Engine).
- Integration & AI Leadership: Design robust integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and leverage ServiceNow AI features for process automation and decision-making.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with C-suite executives and business leaders to align technology solutions with overarching business objectives.
- Team Mentorship: Act as the highest escalation point for complex technical issues; mentor, coach,
- and conduct technical reviews for development teams.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Technical Expertise: Deep hands-on proficiency with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer,
- HTML, CSS, and Angular JS.
- Framework Knowledge: Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM frameworks, CMDB design,
- and Service Mapping.
- Enterprise Experience: Proven track record of managing large-scale global deployments, multi-instance strategies, and complex platform upgrades.
Certifications (Preferred):
· ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
· Certified System Administrator (CSA)
· Multiple Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications
· Certified Application Developer (CAD)
