Job Title: Foreign Exchange (FX) Business Analyst
Location: Chicago, IL
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Foreign Exchange (FX) Business Analyst to support trading, sales, operations, and technology teams in delivering Foreign Exchange solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for FX initiatives.
- Work closely with FX traders, sales teams, operations, risk management, and technology teams.
- Analyze front-office, middle-office, and back-office FX workflows.
- Create business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
- Support implementation of FX trading platform enhancements and system integrations.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and production support.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with development teams throughout the SDLC lifecycle.
Salary : $50 - $55
