Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Design and develop Salesforce solutions including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud and other Salesforce products.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow.
• Configure and optimize Salesforce platform using standard tools – objects, page layouts, record types, validation rules, reports, dashboards, etc.
• Develop and manage complex Flows including screen flows, auto-launched flows, and scheduled flows.
• Lead and implement Salesforce Classic to Lightning migration – convert Visualforce pages and logic to Lightning Web Components.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, and External Services.
• Implement Event-Driven Architecture patterns using Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and Streaming APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including admins, architects, and business users to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Follow Salesforce development lifecycle best practices using version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Copado, Gearset).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Define and enforce Salesforce governance, security, and data management policies.
• Integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and custom development.
• Conduct technical reviews, code reviews, and performance tuning.
• Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends to recommend improvements.
• Play independent developer role in custom build with heavy integration experience
• Create complex LWC components
• Execute quick POC
• Hands on custom component building on the existing salesforce implementation
• Co-ordinate with business and IT stakeholders
Report regular progress on projects
