Role Overview: The Five9 Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting complex Five9 contact center solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise in CCaaS platforms, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with customers to optimize system performance and drive operational excellence. The architect will troubleshoot complex issues, drive automation, and collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to enhance platform stability, scalability, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, troubleshoot, and support Five9 contact center solutions across diverse environments and configurations.
- Diagnose issues accurately, identify root causes, and drive timely resolutions.
- Classify and assess problems effectively to determine the appropriate corrective actions.
- Design, implement, and automate large-scale distributed systems and enterprise-grade platform services.
- Manage and configure call routing, IVRs, and disaster recovery requirements across platforms such as Five9, NICE, and other CCaaS environments.
- Collaborate with customers to optimize their Five9 platform usage and enhance operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and engagement.
- Perform pre-business-hours system checks and post-maintenance validations to ensure service readiness and uptime.
- Stay informed of all service outages, maintenance windows, and product changes that may impact customer environments.
- Work cross-functionally in a customer-facing capacity and coordinate with internal technical and operational teams to deliver seamless support
