Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow SAM solutions
- Configure SAM Pro modules including license management, reconciliation, and normalization
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools (SCCM, Flexera, etc.)
- Manage software asset lifecycle – from procurement to retirement
- Perform license compliance analysis and optimization
- Customize workflows, business rules, and UI policies
- Build reports and dashboards for asset tracking and compliance
- Collaborate with IT, procurement, and finance teams
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in ServiceNow development
- Hands-on with ServiceNow SAM Pro
- Knowledge of software licensing models (Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, etc.)
- Experience with CMDB, Asset Management, and ITSM modules
- Scripting experience (JavaScript, Glide API)
- Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server)
