Job Title: Personal Secretary to the CEO
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Secretary to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will manage the CEO’s daily schedule, meetings, and communications, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective time management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s daily calendar, appointments, and meetings
- Schedule internal and external meetings and coordinate with stakeholders
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external parties
- Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation when required
- Assist with reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings and engagements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and scheduling tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working directly with senior leadership or CEOs
