Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for project communication and alignment.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive communication.
- Prepare and deliver project reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to leadership and clients.
- Ensure project governance, quality standards, and compliance with organizational and client requirements.
- Drive continuous process improvement and adopt best practices in project delivery methodologies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Project Management or Program Leadership roles.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles, stakeholder management, and executive communication.
- Strong background in strategic planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
- Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
