**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our growing team at Acenda.com. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs, and driving the successful adoption and utilization of our e-commerce platform. This role presents an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, deliver exceptional service, and contribute to the continued success and growth of Acenda.com.


**Responsibilities:**


- Develop and nurture relationships with assigned client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all inquiries, support requests, and strategic discussions.

- Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and opportunities to effectively position Acenda's solutions and services.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of solutions tailored to each client's needs.

- Proactively identify opportunities to expand client partnerships through upselling and cross-selling of additional products and services.

- Monitor client satisfaction and engagement levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance overall customer experience.

- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on performance metrics, key insights, and industry trends relevant to their business.

- Stay informed about e-commerce industry developments, competitor offerings, and market trends to effectively advise clients and drive continuous improvement.

- Utilize MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and presentation purposes.

- Leverage ChatGPT 4 and HubSpot for communication, customer engagement, and relationship management.


**Qualifications:**


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- [X] years of experience in account management, client services, or a similar role within the e-commerce or technology sector.

- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and achieving revenue targets.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Experience working with MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.

- Familiarity with ChatGPT 4 and HubSpot for communication and relationship management is a plus.

- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

- Experience working with e-commerce platforms or related software solutions is highly desirable.
