Window Cleaning Technician
Learn the trade, then earn on commission
Ace Window Cleaning is hiring two technicians for our busiest season of the year. We clean homes and businesses across the East Valley, and our customers keep coming back because the work is done right. We take the work seriously and we have a good time doing it.
How the pay works
- Week 1: $22/hr while you learn our methods
- Week 2: $23/hr
- Week 3 on: $24/hr until you're ready for commission
Commission: You move to commission once you can keep pace with the crew, your work passes our quality check, and you've been showing up on time, every time. Commission is 30% of each job's price, shared evenly by the crew on that job. Working alone, you earn the full 30%. On a two-person job, each of you earns 15%. Your rate goes up as you stay and grow with us.
Every hour counts: drive time, training and shop time are all paid. You're never paid less than Arizona minimum wage for the week, and overtime is paid.
Tips: Customers are generous, especially around the holidays.
What you'll do
- Residential windows up to three stories, and commercial windows up to six
- Pressure washing patios and walkways
- Holiday lighting installs with clean, straight rooflines
What we provide

What we need from you
- Show up on time, every day. This matters most to us.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record (you'll drive company trucks under our insurance)
- Pass a national background check
- Comfortable on ladders and working outdoors in Arizona weather
- Available for day shifts M-F
About the season
- This role runs through the holidays. It can end as early as January 1 and sometimes lasts into March. Technicians who do great work are first in line when we hire again.
Pay: $22.00 - $40.00 per hour
