Senior Automation Technician
Location: Pecos, TX | Driving Required
Responsibilities
- Monitor automated systems and perform routine diagnostic checks
- Troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain computerized control systems
- Work with robotic devices and automated production equipment
- Test and adjust equipment to maximize efficiency and reduce downtime
- Troubleshoot systems involving electronics, mechanics, fluid power, and computers
- Maintain and inspect production equipment and workstation installations
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
- Strong automation and controls troubleshooting experience
- Knowledge of electrical/electronic and mechanical systems
- Experience with computerized systems and control equipment
- Ability to diagnose and repair equipment independently
- Must be able to drive as required for field operations
Required Certifications/PPE
- PEC Safeland Certification (within 12 months)
- ANSI Z390.1-2017 instructor-led H2S training
