Project Manager – Marketing & Business Development

About the Role
Due to continued growth, ACE Quality Control is seeking a driven and organized Project Manager (Marketing & Business Development) to support our expanding Northern California operations. This is a critical, results-oriented role that bridges strategic marketing goals with day-to-day execution.
You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and the team to drive business development efforts, support proposal activities, and contribute directly to achieving annual sales and revenue objectives. This is a fast-paced position ideal for someone who thrives on organization, collaboration, and delivering measurable results.
What You’ll Do
- Support corporate revenue goals by helping develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies
- Identify, track, and pursue project and proposal opportunities within the Special Inspections & Materials Testing market
- Coordinate proposal development from opportunity tracking through submission and follow-up
- Research market trends, competitor activity, and project pipelines to inform strategy
- Build relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers
- Assist in forecasting sales performance and aligning efforts with company growth targets
- Improve proposal quality, marketing materials, and overall market presence
- Collaborate with leadership to refine processes, improve efficiency, and adapt to market changes

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- (Relevant experience may substitute: 2 years of experience = 1 year of education)
- Minimum 2 years of marketing and/or sales experience
- Experience in geotechnical, construction, or materials testing industries (preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM systems, proposal tracking tools, and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies is a plus
