Senior Project Manager – Master Planning & Sports/Entertainment

Pegasus Development is an owner's representative and project management firm operating at the intersection of entertainment, gaming, hospitality, and large-scale development. We're growing our Sacramento office and looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex master planning and sports & entertainment projects — including work in the Sacramento Railyards, one of the largest infill development sites in the western United States.
What You'll Do
- Lead owner's representation and project management on large-scale master-planned developments and sports/entertainment venues from early planning through delivery
- Manage multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants across all project phases
- Drive schedule, budget, and scope management on projects with significant public visibility and stakeholder complexity
- Coordinate with municipal agencies, developers, and ownership groups to align design intent with entitlements, infrastructure, and phasing strategies
- Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact, building trust through transparency and execution
- Collaborate with Pegasus leadership across our Las Vegas, Sacramento, and New York offices
What We're Looking For
- 10 years of project management experience in large-scale mixed-use, master-planned, or sports/entertainment development
- Proven track record managing ground-up projects exceeding $100M in total development cost
- Deep understanding of entitlement processes, infrastructure coordination, and phased delivery on complex sites
- Experience working on behalf of owners or developers (owner's rep, development management, or similar)
- Strong communicator who can navigate between executive stakeholders, design teams, and field operations
- PMP or similar certification preferred but not required
- Based in or willing to relocate to Sacramento, CA
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary starting at $165,000-$185,000, commensurate with experience

Salary : $165,000 - $185,000
