Responsibilities
- Support the Department Manager and Senior Project Manager in achieving corporate sales and revenue goals.
- Forecast and develop sales quotas for assigned regions, anticipating market trends and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Call on project opportunities, track and prepare proposals, and ensure timely submission of high-quality deliverables.
- Research and identify new projects, develop client relationships, and monitor competitor activity.
- Improve company marketability by enhancing proposal strategies and packaging, and coordinating the development of new business opportunities.
- Support proposal generation, lead tracking, and project opportunity development to achieve annual objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must posses a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field .
- At least 2 years of marketing and/or sales experience (experience in geotechnical/materials testing marketing preferred).
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategies; familiarity with the construction marketplace is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM solutions, and tracking systems; design software knowledge a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to build relationships, collaborate, and thrive under deadlines.
- Self-starter with organizational skills, multitasking ability, and a results-driven mindset.
