Job Responsibilities
- Provide a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, and event personnel.
- Monitor entrances, exits, assigned areas, and restricted-access locations.
- Conduct access control and assist with crowd management.
- Observe and report suspicious or unauthorized activity.
- Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies.
- Complete required incident reports and security documentation.
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous customer-service attitude.
- Follow all Ace Prevention and event-site policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Current Louisiana Security Guard License/Armed Guard Card required.
- Successful background check required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Professional appearance and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends.
- Prior event or security experience preferred.
- Own a weapon.
