WILL DO: As a Press Operator / Sheet Metal Technician, you\'ll be
responsible for forming and fabricating precision components used in
aerospace and defense applications. You will: Interpret sketches,
routings, and product specifications to determine part requirements and
manufacturing sequence Set up and operate fabrication equipment,
including shears, press brakes, forming presses, rolls, expanders,
sandblasters, and hand grinders Form, bend, cut, and straighten sheet
metal to meet dimensional and quality requirements Perform final
deburring and finishing operations on completed parts and assemblies
Assemble components into supporting frameworks per drawings and
specifications Repair and rework sheet metal assemblies as needed,
including disassembly and re-fit Verify dimensional accuracy using
measuring tools such as verniers, micrometers, and Pi tapes Work closely
with teammates and support functions to produce high-quality parts

EXPERIENCE YOU NEED: High school diploma or GED with 2 years of related
