driven, detail-focused Multi-Axis Laser Technician to join our
high-performance aerospace manufacturing team. In this role, you\'ll
operate advanced laser systems-across multiple axes-to cut, trim, drill,
and process precision components that directly support mission-critical

WILL DO Set up, operate, and monitor multi-axis laser machines used for
cutting, drilling, marking, or trimming sheet metal components and
finished goods Read and interpret engineering sketches, job routers, and
process control sheets to ensure accurate part processing Inspect parts
using micrometers, calipers, indicators, height gauges, CMM reports, and
visual inspection Adjust machine parameters, align optics, load
programs, and verify proper beam quality Perform basic troubleshooting
on lasers, motion systems, and fixturing Maintain accurate production
records and follow strict aerospace quality standards (AS9100, NADCAP)
Work closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to solve
problems and support continuous improvement Follow all laser safety and
general manufacturing safety procedures Maintain machine performance
through routine cleaning and preventative maintenance Work as part of a
collaborative team to build quality products that you\'re proud to put
