Role Description The Laser Technician is a full-time, hybrid role based in Milwaukee, WI, with some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining laser systems, including laser cutting and related metal fabrication equipment, to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient performance. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and calibrating laser machines, performing routine inspections, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with service teams to schedule and document maintenance. The Laser Technician will interpret technical drawings and work orders, monitor production quality, and follow safety protocols and best practices. The role also involves communicating with internal teams and customers, providing clear updates on equipment status, and supporting Mac-Tech’s commitment to responsive, high-quality service.

Qualifications
- Technical laser operation skills, including experience with Laser and Laser Cutting equipment.
- Knowledge of Hair Removal and Laser Hair Removal procedures, with an understanding of safe and effective laser application on various materials or surfaces.
- Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, build trust, and support long-term customer relationships.
- Experience in metal fabrication, industrial machinery, or a related technical field.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety standards.
- Comfort with hybrid work, including on-site equipment work in Milwaukee, WI and remote documentation or coordination tasks.
- Relevant technical certification or vocational training in laser technology, machining, or industrial maintenance is preferred.
