Key responsibilities & requirements
- Lead on-site operations across office, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, and government projects ranging $5M–$60M
- Manage safety, scheduling, quality, and trade/subcontractor coordination
- Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings across varied project types
- 5 years as a Commercial Construction Superintendent
- Active OSHA 30-hour certification required
