Senior Quality Engineering Manager – Medical Device
Minneapolis | Direct | Base $140,000- $170,000
I'm looking for a Senior Quality Engineering Manager role with a growing medical device company.
Role:
- Lead a team of Quality Engineers supporting manufacturing operations
- Oversee quality systems, change control, nonconformance management, audit readiness, and quality KPIs
- Support manufacturing readiness and process improvements for new and existing products
- Partner closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and senior leadership
- Coach and develop the Quality Engineering team while driving Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
Background they're looking for:
- 10 years of experience in manufacturing quality (medical device preferred)
- Previous people management experience
- Strong knowledge of FDA and ISO quality systems
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
