This is a senior role with real scope, leading Regional Sales Managers, Direct Representatives, and Clinical Representatives toward ambitious revenue and market growth targets. What You'll Own
- Quota attainment and forecasting accuracy across the Area
- Area-level sales planning aligned to national strategy
- Surgeon and hospital relationships that drive meaningful growth
- Talent development, succession planning, and performance management
- Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, MedEd, and Operations
- CRM discipline and consistent commercial execution across the team
What We're Looking For
- 10 years of medical device sales leadership
- 7 years in spine or spinal biologics | 5 years in core spine
- Leadership experience
- Proven ownership of a region or area at $20m in revenue
- A track record of building high-performance teams — not just managing them
- Bachelor's degree required
Salary : $200,000 - $260,000
