CNC Programmer

We're looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to create, prove out, and optimize programs for multi-axis machined parts in a production environment. You'll work closely with engineering, quality, and the shop floor to keep programs accurate, processes efficient, and tooling costs down.
What You'll Do:
- Write and modify CNC programs and setup sheets for multi-axis parts using Gibbs and SolidWorks
- Prove out programs on the machine and adjust based on performance
- Build and maintain programs for part families and keep program files organized
- Support machining processes and help train operators on equipment and programs
- Evaluate new tooling and fixturing to improve efficiency and reduce cost
- Partner with manufacturing engineers, quality, and production teams
What You Bring:
- 5 years of CAD/CAM programming experience (Esprit required, SolidWorks required)
- Background as a Level 3 machinist
- Strong knowledge of speeds and feeds, cutting tool geometry, blueprint reading, and GD&T
- Solid shop math, including trigonometry
- High school diploma or GED
Nice to Have:
- 4-5 years in a manufacturing environment
- Multi-axis milling experience
- Two-year technical degree
