Responsibilities
- Operate snow plow and salt truck to clear and treat roads, parking lots, and other areas as needed.
- Be available for work 24/7 during the winter season to respond to snow events.
- Follow directions and safety protocols to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Consistently report to work as scheduled and on time.
- Pass a written plow test as part of the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial snow plowing.
- Valid Driver's License required to operate snow plow.
- Ability to commute or relocate to Flint, MI.
- Strong listening skills and ability to follow directions.
- Reliable and punctual.
Compensation
Salary ranges from $19.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience and skill level. Additional bonus pay may be available.
