Job Title: Sales Floor Supervisor
Job Status: Full-time or Part-time
Job Summary:
The Sales Floor Supervisor is responsible for assisting with training, leading, and delegating, and directing the work of
employees to ensure the smooth operation of the store. The Supervisor is actively involved in providing
excellent customer service and handling customer service calls.
Supervisory Responsibilities
• Oversees the daily workflow and operations of the department.
• Maintains consistent communication with floor employees to monitor workload, progress, and support needs.
• Provides training and guidance to employees to ensure strong performance and adherence to standards.
• Assists in educating staff on products, services, and customer service expectations.
• Delivers on‑the‑spot coaching, corrective feedback, and redirection when necessary.
• Assigns tasks throughout the shift and reallocates employees to other areas of the store once primary duties are completed.
• Performs additional related duties as required.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous retail sales experience is required.
General knowledge of hardware and outdoor power equipment is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires prolonged periods of standing, walking, and lifting.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
