We’re looking for Seasonal Sales Floor Associates who enjoy helping neighbors, learning about products, and creating a welcoming shopping experience. Ace employees are responsible for Impacting Lives Always.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, offering product guidance, answering questions, and helping customers find exactly what they need.
• Maintain an organized, well‑stocked sales floor, including straightening shelves, restocking merchandise, and ensuring displays reflect Ace standards.
• Assist at the register when needed, processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Promote Ace Rewards and other store programs that enhance the customer experience.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment, following store policies and safety procedures.
• Work as part of a team, helping the store meet daily goals and maintain a friendly, helpful atmosphere.

Other Responsibilities:

• Support the Garden Center by providing general support for whatever tasks the Garden Center team may need during busy periods.
• Assisting with plant care such as watering, organizing, and maintaining healthy displays.
• Helping customers with load‑outs, including soil, mulch, plants, and other outdoor products.

Qualifications

• A positive, approachable attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn product information and share it confidently with customers.
• Comfortable performing physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift and load 50lbs.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to adapt in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Retail or hardware experience is a plus but not required. Ace is happy to train the right person.

Schedule & Availability

• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during peak seasonal periods. One Weekend Day is a must.
• Seasonal employment typically runs through Mid-March to Mid-July, with potential for continued employment based on performance and store needs.

Salary : $20 - $22
