Role Description

We are seeking a talented Marketing Graphic Designer for a part-time or contract remote position at Ace Media & Marketing. In this role, you will design marketing materials, create visual media assets, collaborate on branding initiatives, and contribute to social media campaigns, email marketing design, website designs and print media. You'll work closely with marketing team members to ensure brand consistency and develop visually engaging content tailored to target audiences.

Design Responsibilities:

• ·Create visually engaging, original designs that maintain and build client brand identity across digital and print platforms, including but not limited to digital graphics, GIFs, photos, posters, brochures, diagrams, tradeshow banners, PowerPoints, white papers, case studies, eBooks, infographics, PDFs, video shorts, and other media assets.
• Build brand templates, brand kits, brand boards, brand guidelines and other brand materials to set clear standards for client visuals and team consistency.
• Maintain accurate, standardized and optimized file formats, color schemes, sizing, typography, and layout standards according to the final design format and intended application (digital, print, social, email, or web).
•  Design efficiently with advanced skill and creativity, delivering high-quality work with minimal typos or revisions (standard 2–3 edit rounds).
• Organize all design files effectively within shared folders using descriptive naming conventions, properly structured layers and artboards, and correctly linked photos, vectors, licenses, fonts, and other relevant assets.
• Serve as a proactive subject matter expert in Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), staying current on design principles, trends, tools, and improvements that enhance creative performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with team members in content marketing, website management, social media, email marketing, and strategy to ensure visual alignment across all campaigns and client initiatives.
• Meet all design deadlines by setting clear priorities, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and communicating proactively regarding timelines and workload capacity.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, designing, and formatting social media content across approved platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X) using ACE brand guidelines and client strategies.
• Support email marketing execution by designing and formatting email templates, updating graphics, assisting with layout adjustments, and preparing visual assets for scheduled campaigns.
•  Assist with light website design updates, including updating banners, blog graphics, landing page visuals, and other on-page creative elements in collaboration with the digital marketing team.
• Organize and maintain content libraries, marketing assets, and social/email materials with consistent naming conventions and file structuring.
• Conduct quality assurance for all digital marketing materials prior to publishing, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and error-free execution.
• Research visual trends, industry developments, and design best practices to support ongoing content innovation within the industrial B2B market.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva, with the ability to execute professional-level designs and video across print and digital formats.
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, layout principles, visual hierarchy, branding systems, and strategic design application.
• Knowledge of Graphics, Illustration, and utilizing artistic concepts to support marketing objectives
• Familiarity with social media, email and event marketing and its integration with graphic design to boost engagement
• Understanding of Marketing strategies and the ability to translate them into creative solutions
• Strong visual and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate creative rationale, ask strategic questions for design clarity, and explain design decisions when presenting concepts internally or to clients.
• Experience in industrial printing or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Florida candidates preferred. Georgia & South Carolina candidates accepted. Open to out-of-state contract opportunities.
