What you will do as a residential Sales and Install Plumber:
- Install plumbing systems, fixtures, water heaters, and equipment in residential homes
- Identify upgrade opportunities and present premium options that enhance comfort, efficiency, and long‑term value
- Build trust with homeowners through education‑based selling and clear communication
- Close sales by offering tailored solutions that match customer needs and budgets
- Document all work and sales activity using ServiceTitan
- Coordinate with builders, project managers, and office staff to keep projects moving smoothly
- Maintain a clean, professional jobsite and represent the company with pride
- Participate in ongoing sales and technical training to sharpen your skills
Required Qualifications:
3 years of residential plumbing installation experience
Proven ability to sell upgrades, accessories, or premium solutions
Experience installing water heaters, piping systems, fixtures, and related equipment
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
Excellent communication skills with a customer‑first mindset
Strong time‑management and organizational skills
High attention to detail and commitment to code compliance
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Able to lift and carry 60 lbs and perform physical installation work
