Overview
Looking to TRADE UP to a better opportunity? ACE Home Services is hiring Seasonal Customer Service Representatives!
Pay: $18–$20/hr spiffs
Schedule:
- Seasonal role with weekends required.
- Evening shift: 3:30pm-12am
- Mid-Day shift: 12pm-8:30pm
- Training: Training will be completed on site during normal business hours of 8am-4pm Monday - Friday

What You’ll Do
Take inbound calls from new and existing customers and create lifelong ACE customers
Make outbound calls to membership customers to schedule maintenance visits
Communicate promotions, sales opportunities, and cross‑sell options
Enter and update sensitive customer information accurately
Provide general inbound customer service and support
What You Bring
Previous customer service experience, especially inbound and outbound call handling
- Previous customer service experience in a trades environment (strongly preferred)
Service Titan experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
A team‑first mindset with honesty, integrity, and a positive attitude
