Job Summary
Ace Home Care is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to complete in-home client assessments for non-medical home care services. The RN will evaluate client needs, develop care recommendations, and support appropriate service planning.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive in-home client assessments
- Evaluate medical history, functional status, and care needs
- Develop and document individualized care plans
- Communicate findings with the care coordination team
- Ensure assessments meet state and agency standards
- Provide professional recommendations for appropriate level of care
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia
- Minimum 1 year nursing experience (home care experience preferred)
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation
- Professional communication skills
