Key Holder/Sales Associate

Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Key Holder/Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. Duties

• Greet customers warmly, providing expert assistance and product knowledge to enhance their shopping experience
• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) system transactions
• Assist in inventory management by stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and managing inventory control processes
• Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and resolving issues promptly
• Supervise sales associates during shifts, ensuring team productivity and adherence to company policies
• Execute merchandising strategies by organizing displays, pricing products accurately, and maintaining store presentation standards
• Support recruiting efforts through participating in employee orientation and training programs

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales with a strong background in customer service and sales management
• Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience within a retail environment
• Excellent communication skills, including managerial communication and phone etiquette
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs
• Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management software, and operational procedures
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling, pricing, and retail math tasks
• Experience with shift management, operational management, and retail store product knowledge
• Familiarity with merchandising, stocking procedures, marketing initiatives, and wireless sales is a plus
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with a focus on training & development and team management skills
• Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
