Sales Coordinator: Temp-to-Hire Position
Location: Fairfield, NJ (on-site)
Pay: $18 - 23 /hour
Schedule: 40 hours a week - Must have flexibility to work on Sundays.
What You'll Do
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently to support the sales team
- Serve as a main point of contact for customer inquiries, order status, and product availability
- Maintain and update customer records, pricing, and product information in CRM systems
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for leadership
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and marketing to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Assist with sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials
- Resolve order, shipment, and customer-related issues in a timely manner
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in a sales support, coordinator, customer support or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to support multiple stakeholders
