Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Night Shift Foreman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a crew to produce high-quality work, maintaining smooth workflow between shifts, and ensuring the shop continues to meet customer deadlines.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 3:00pm - 2:00am
Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce and promote safety procedures in every aspect of the operation.
- Work alongside the night shift workforce as a working Forman.
- Supervise night shift crew to ensure production goals and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate workflow between shifts to maintain project continuity.
- Report directly to the Shop Project Manager and complete daily timesheets accurately.
- Maintain equipment and ensure all work is performed to company and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Strong technical knowledge of welding processes and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.
- Proven leadership and communication skills to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or foreman role preferred.
Experience:
Several years of hands – on welding and fabrication experience, with specific experience in a supervisory or lead role.
