- Location: Owensboro, KY
- Full-Time Position
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for welding and skilled trade positions
- Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms
- Lead the growth and development of the company's welding apprenticeship program through recruitment, community outreach, trade school partnerships, and apprentice retention initiatives.
- Coordinate hiring events, job fairs, and candidate outreach
- Conduct reference checks and assist with onboarding
- Build relationships with trade schools, workforce agencies, and community partners
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment records
Qualifications:
- Previous recruiting or HR experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience recruiting for manufacturing, welding, or skilled trades is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting platforms
