We are currently looking for a Accounting Assistant III or Sr for our Owensboro, KY office.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
- Maintain accurate customer/supplier records to adhere to policy/regulator standards
- Make necessary changes to profiles upon request/need to comply with policy standards
- Collaborate with management to improve efficiency and processing functionality
- Provide necessary training for interdepartmental groups on proper documentation needs
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:
- Superior computer skills and ability to navigate multiple software types
- Ability to collaborate interdepartmentally
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to follow compliance policies/regulations
- Ability to solve problems
PREFERRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience with customer/supplier portfolio maintenance
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
- Highschool Diploma
