Starting June 1st for 9–10 weeks, you'll get hands-on exposure across HR Operations, Recruiting, and Employer Branding — including how we're leveraging AI tools like Claude to modernize and scale our people processes. Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, HRIS data entry, and record-keeping.
- Assist the recruiting team with job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Help explore and implement AI-powered workflows (using tools like Claude) to improve HR efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts including content ideas, career page updates, and social media support.
- Assist with employee experience initiatives and internal communications.
- Help maintain compliance documentation and HR process guides.
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
- Interest in how AI and technology can improve HR processes is a big plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Mentorship from experienced HR professionals with a clear pathway to full-time People Operations or Talent Acquisition roles for top performers.
