What You'll Do
As a Process Engineer, you will:
- Lead manufacturing improvement projects from concept through implementation.
- Develop and document manufacturing process specifications.
- Support plant operations by solving production and process-related challenges.
- Implement equipment, tooling, automation, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with quality, operations, and engineering teams to drive performance and stability.
- Utilize data analysis to develop repeatable, efficient manufacturing processes.
- Support CNC machining, robotics, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs, minimize waste, improve cycle times, and enhance product quality.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology (Mechanical Engineering preferred).
- 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience in a high-volume production environment.
- Experience supporting CNC machining and automated manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of robotics, PLC controls, and manufacturing automation systems.
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience is a plus.
