What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shop Worker position at Accurate?
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking shop worker to join our fabricating team. This role involves assisting with production, assembly, and handling of material in a fast–paced shop environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in fabrication and assembly of metal products.
- Operate basic shop tools and equipment (saws, drills, grinders, etc.)
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to specifications.
- Load and unload materials and finished products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Support lead fabricators as needed.
Requirements:
- Knowledgeable use of power tools.
- Strong work ethics and attention to detail.
- Able to lift at least 100 pounds and be on your feet for long periods of time.
- Clean Driver's License.
- Bilingual preferred
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
