Rubber Production Worker – Temp-to-Hire

Starting Pay: $16.50/hour
1st Shift | Full-Time
A growing rubber manufacturer in Cuyahoga Falls is urgently hiring dependable Production Workers for a temp-to-hire opportunity on 1st shift. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career with a stable company that values hard work and reliability.
Schedule
- Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Every other Friday (overtime): 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Assist in rubber production and manufacturing processes
- Operate machinery and production equipment
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow production schedules and company procedures
Qualifications
- Previous rubber manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
- Strong work history and reliability are a must
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Dependable attendance and punctuality required
- Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
