Lawn Care / Landscaping Crew Member (Full-Time)
Accurate Property Services is a fast-growing local lawn care, landscaping, and hardscaping company in the Springfield, MO area. We are hiring dependable team members for our mowing and maintenance crew.
This is a physical, outdoor job. You'll be operating commercial mowing equipment while working as part of a professional team maintaining residential and commercial properties. We work in heat, cold, and changing conditions, and we take pride in doing things the right way on every job.
We are looking for reliable individuals who show up on time, work hard, respect equipment and property, and want to grow with a company - not just clock in and out.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Operating commercial equipment
- Trimming, edging, and blowing properties
- Working efficiently with a team
- Maintaining clean, professional jobsites
- Assisting with landscaping tasks, as needed
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in physical conditions
- Dependable Monday-Friday availability
- Valid, clean driver's license
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
