Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for a one-year part-time temporary position in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This position assists customers with blueprint submittals for building projects and requires strong customer service and data entry skills.
Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Location: Downtown Phoenix, AZ 85003
Parking: Garage parking; temporary employee is responsible for parking costs
Type: Temporary
Start Date: Immediately upon successful completion of background check
Duration: One year

Duties
- Assist customers at the counter with submitting blueprints for building projects
- Review and record information from submitted blueprints
- Enter blueprint and project information accurately into a database
- Provide friendly and professional customer service in a busy environment
Requirements
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Accurate and detail-oriented data entry skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to learn permitting software and processes
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Background check required
