In this vital role, the Onsite Supervisor will manage the field employee workforce, enforce safety protocols, support client needs proactively, resolve issues in real-time, and enhance operational efficiency. Compensation based on experience.Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision.Monday - Friday - some weekendsLocated in Moreno Valley/Perris, California.Key Responsibilities & CompetenciesManage field employees, including attendance, coaching, and terminations..
